How do I use the Smartspec Keynotes add-on for Archicad?

Using the Smartspec Keynotes add-on for Archicad

After you have installed the add-on, you can access it from the CI Tools drop-down menu from within Archicad by selecting the Link Keynotes option.

Once there, click the radio button next to the 'Smartspec project' option and sign-in to your Smartspec account. Once completed you'll be able to see a list of your Smartspec projects to choose from and import into Archicad. Select a project, and click OK to add it to Archicad by following the on-screen prompts.

Once added, you can see your keynotes by going to CI Tools > Keynotes > Keynotes Palette.

There are several tools within the Palette, such as the editing box where you can change what your Keynote says, and the Sync button which synchronises your keynotes back to your Smartspec project with your updates.

To inert a keynote, locate the one you'd like to add to your project, double left-click on it to select it, then left-click on your project to place it.
