Forgotten your password? Not a problem - just click on the Forgot Password link that you'll see on the login screen:
Enter your email address and Smartspec will automatically send a password reset link to your email. When you receive this email - simply click on the link to reset your Smartspec password.
Note: If you are unable to reset your Smartspec password, this may be the result of a network firewall or proxy blocking access to the reset password page.
If you suspect this may be the case please connect to a different network and complete the above steps to reset your password.
Once you have completed the steps and gained access to your Smartspec account, you should be able to login normally from your preferred network. However if you continue to have difficulty, please contact support@smartspec.co.nz or call 09 869 3998
