How do I cancel my Smartspec account?

If you no longer require your Smartspec subscription and wish to cancel:

• Login to your Smartspec Dashboard
• Click on Settings > Account Details > Cancel Account
• Once you have selected a reason for cancellation, click Cancel Now

If you are unable to login but wish to cancel, you can contact us and request to cancel. 

Please note that there is a $50 account re-activation fee.

Fees for the membership type chosen are paid for in advance. The activation fee and any unused portion of the membership fee for the period paid for, will not be refunded upon cancellation of membership. Memberships are non-transferable.
