If your account is connected to ArchiCAD via the keynoting tools plugin, you'll need to be aware that the UPDATE button can cause your synced keynotes to unsync.
Our advice is to check the synced keynotes in your ArchiCAD project and to 'Update' the keynotes using the Keynotes Manager settings inside ArchiCAD after you have completed all of the specification updates inside Smartspec.
